1. Who we are
This tool (the “Service”) is operated by PREMIUM SOFT VENTURES, a
registered sole-trader business (owner: Serhii Polishchuk), registered address
13 Ard na Greine, New Ross, Wexford, Y34 NH67, Ireland (“we”, “us”, “our”),
through the Telegram bot @cherga_hunter_bot. Contact:
support@premium-soft.ie. By starting the bot and
using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Service is
A paid informational notification tool. We periodically check the
publicly available appointment-availability information on the ДП «Документ»
passport-service pages (pasport.org.ua) for the cities you select and send you a
Telegram message when a slot appears to become available, and when availability fills again.
3. What the Service is NOT — please read
- We do not book, reserve, register, or secure appointments. You complete any booking yourself.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ДП «Документ»,
pasport.org.ua, the Ukrainian government, or any public authority. We are an independent tool. - We do not guarantee that any slot will appear. Availability is controlled entirely by the passport service and is outside our control.
- Notifications reflect availability at the moment we checked and may be delayed or become outdated within seconds. You are responsible for verifying and acting yourself.
4. Free demo, price and access
Free demo. Before paying you can run a free demo so you can see how the Service works. The demo runs on one city that we assign — you do not choose it, and it is not necessarily a city you need; monitoring the cities of your own choice is what paid access unlocks. During the demo you receive up to 2 real slot notifications, and it ends after the second one or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. If no slot appears at all in the first 24 hours, we move the demo to one other city for one further day, after which it ends. The demo is limited to one per user for the lifetime of the account, needs no payment and no card details, and does not auto-convert to a paid plan — when it ends, neither side owes the other anything.
Paid access. Monitoring of the cities you choose is paid: a single tariff of €6.99 (approximately 30 PLN / 365 UAH) grants a 7-day monitoring session for up to 3 cities of your choice. Payment is a one-off charge taken after you select your cities, via the payment methods shown in the bot: by card (processed by Stripe) or by bank transfer (Monobank for payment in Ukrainian hryvnia, Revolut, or BLIK for users in Poland). For a card payment access opens automatically as soon as the payment succeeds; for a bank transfer it opens once we confirm your payment manually. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal; to continue after 7 days you start a new paid session.
5. Eligibility and sessions
Identified by your Telegram account; press Start so the bot can message you. Each paid session lasts 7 days for your chosen cities. You may stop watching at any time (“Booked, thanks” or /stop). Stopping early does not extend or refund the session.
6. Acceptable use
The Service is for your personal use. You must not resell, redistribute, publish, or forward the alerts (including into public groups/channels), nor automate their onward distribution. No unlawful use. We may block users who abuse the Service.
7. Availability
Provided on an “as is” / “as available” basis. It may be interrupted (maintenance, technical issues, changes on or blocking by the monitored website). We do not guarantee uptime or delivery of every alert. Where we fail to deliver access you paid for, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed or unavailable slots, delays, inaccurate or late notifications, your inability to book, or any loss arising from reliance on the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Consumer rights & right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Because the Service is digital content/service supplied immediately, when you pay and we start monitoring you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the session begins. Separately, we give a voluntary zero-slot guarantee: if no slot opens at all in your selected cities during a paid session, we extend your monitoring by a further 7 days free of charge, without you having to ask. 10. Termination & changes
You may stop at any time. We may block access for breach of these Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes are notified via the bot, and the version/date above updated.
11. Governing law
Governed by the law of Ireland. EU-resident consumers also enjoy the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
